By submitting this invoice, the Contractor affirms that all information contained herein is honest, accurate, and true to the best of their knowledge. The Contractor further confirms that the referenced load has been delivered in full, inspected upon delivery, and that no damages, claims, or issues occurred during transport.

The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, should any portion of the billing later be found incorrect after payment has been issued, TRICAR retains the right to issue a back charge. Such back charge will be applied to a future load or settlement to ensure the billing is corrected in full.

Both parties acknowledge and agree that all invoices are paid on Net 30 terms unless a different payment agreement has been discussed and approved prior to the Contractor accepting the load
